Purpose: Request voluntary account closure.

Process:

  1. Submit request via Back Office
  2. Support processes request
  3. Account closed per terms
  4. Final balances processed

Timeline: Per cancellation policy

Position Transfer Application

Purpose: Transfer IA position due to death, incapacity, entity conversion, or divorce.

When Required:

  • Death of IA (estate transfer)
  • Incapacity of IA
  • Entity conversion (individual to LLC, etc.)
  • Divorce or partnership dissolution

Process:

  1. Complete Position Transfer Application
  2. Submit with required documentation
  3. Compliance reviews
  4. If approved, position transferred
