Process
Bank Details Setup
Navigate to Settings → Bank Accounts on the Canada platform and add/verify your Canadian bank account with the following details:
- Account holder name — Must match Corsair Connect registration
- Account number — Your bank account number
- Transit number — Branch identifier
- Institution number — Bank identifier
Withdrawal Request
Navigate to Withdraw, select CAD / Bank Transfer, enter the amount, select your verified bank account, and confirm.
Processing
- Submission — Request enters approval queue
- Approval — CEO approves, CIO executes
- Transfer — Funds sent via EFT
Processing Timeline
- Request cutoff — Friday 23:59 GMT
- Approval — Next business days
- Bank transfer — 1-3 business days
- Total typical — ~5 working days
