KYC Submit Process

How members submit verification documents.

Prerequisites​

Before starting verification, the member needs:

Submission Process​

Accessing Verification​

The member navigates to Settings → Profile → Verification (or KYC) in their Corsair Connect account.

Document Upload Sequence​

3. Liveness checkPosition face → follow prompts → hold ID when requested
4. PEP declarationAnswer questions → submit

Image Requirements​

Submissions are processed faster when:

  • Images are high quality with all edges visible
  • Names match registration exactly
  • Documents are in supported languages (or include certified translation)
  • All required documents are submitted together
