CSR Delivery Schedule

When and how CSR (digital receipts for plastic removal) are delivered after purchase.

Delivery Overview

  • Schedule — available prior to purchase, may change from week to week
  • Variability — size, frequency, and end date vary by purchase
  • Duration — one to two years is typical, may be longer
  • First delivery — typically the week following purchase

How Delivery Works

  1. Member purchases PRS
  2. Plastic waste removed according to schedule
  3. Digital receipt (CSR) delivered to CSR Central wallet

First Delivery

The first delivery is typically the week following purchase, covering approximately 5% of the total plastic to be removed. Delivered to CSR Central wallet.

Remaining Deliveries

The remaining delivery schedule is dependent on details at time of purchase. Instalment size and frequency can vary. End date is typically one to two years, but may be longer.

Checking Delivery Status

  • CSR Central — member can view delivery schedule and each tranche inside CSR Central
  • Support ticket — delivery notifications sent via Support ticket

Delivery Notifications

  • Purchase confirmation — sent immediately after purchase
  • Each delivery — notified via Support ticket

Note: There is no formal completion notice.

Multiple Purchases

Each purchase has its own delivery schedule. Deliveries from different purchases may or may not occur together. The account shows combined CSR balance.
