How to Cancel
Step 1: Submit Written Request
Send cancellation request to support including:
- Full name
- Account email
- Statement: "I wish to cancel my account"
- Date
Step 2: Pending Items Resolution
Before closure, address:
- Pending withdrawals (complete or cancel)
- Outstanding balances
- Active transactions
Step 3: Account Closure
- Account marked as cancelled
- Access revoked
- Records retained per legal requirements
What Happens to Your Balances?
